85 km Northern Motorway Project not finished in 41 months

The 85 km Northern Motorway Project has not been finished for 41 months: Moroğlu submitted a parliamentary question to the Turkish Grand National Assembly about the Northern Highway Project, one of the 2011 projects promised by the AKP to the people of Izmir before the 35 elections and which turned into a snake story.
İzmir Deputy Mustafa Moroğlu submitted a parliamentary question to the Parliament to be answered by the Minister of Transportation, Lütfü Elvan, regarding the Northern Highway Project, which was one of the 2011 projects promised by the AKP to the citizens of İzmir before the 35 elections and turned into a snake story. Reminding that AKP promised that the 85-kilometer road will be completed in 36 months before the elections, Moroğlu asked how much of the road was completed in the 41-month period. Moroğlu also asked how many people have been employed in the project, which the AKP promised to employ 500 people during its construction, when the project will be completed, and when the tender will be held for the 57-kilometer part of the road up to Çandarlı.
