Public fixed capital investment of 25 billion 776 million lira is planned in the transportation sector. The private sector is expected to invest 58 billion 610 million lira in transportation.

Accidents to be prevented

In order to monitor and facilitate the flow of traffic, in order to ensure deterrence in compliance with the rules, electronic monitoring systems will be firstly expanded in the 21 metropolitan and the traffic audits will be activated. An advanced security, operable and sustainable Vehicle Identification System will be established against violations such as infiltration and cloning. Within the scope of traffic safety studies, 130 units signalized intersection with 100 crash points and 2 thousand 400 kilometer guardrail construction and repair will be carried out.
