Parking fees can be paid with Istanbulkart: Drivers can now pay with Istanbulkart in their ISPARK parking lot. If the driver has used any public transport before entering the parking lot, the transfer system will be kept in effect and a reduction in the parking fee will be made.
According to the statement from İSPARK, the opportunity to pay with Istanbulkart and HGS will be offered at the ISPARK car parks, which serve approximately 100 thousand vehicles every day in the city, in order to speed up entry and exit and save drivers from cash trouble.
All the infrastructure works were completed for this application in İSPARK, which operates car parks with a capacity of 600 thousand vehicles at 80 points in Istanbul, and the payment booths and barrier systems in the car parks were harmonized with Istanbulcard.
In the first stage of the parking lot and the barrier system will be started at the points to be started in the application, the car park will be read at the entrance, the payment will be received when you read again.
If the driver has used any public transport before entering the car park, the transfer system will be activated and the parking fee will be discounted.
Likewise, if the person is going to continue on his way with a different transportation vehicle after using the car park, he will be able to continue with the discount.
“Payment will also be provided with HGS”
After this application, which will start operating in the new year, payment will be made with HGS and the fee will be deducted from the HGS at the exit according to the time the drivers stay in the parking lot.
Stating that they will provide convenience to citizens with different payment options, İSPARK General Manager Mehmet Çevik said, "We are using technological systems in our car parks to enable drivers to park their vehicles in a short time."
