Council of Ministers, "the Republic of Turkey General Directorate of State Railways Administration Task dated 26/4/2011 Decision on Granting Amending the Annex to Decision", published in today's issue of the Official Gazette came into force.
Accordingly, decisions within the scope of assignments and duties of loss application, Turkey Railway Transport of which will be established in the Liberalization of the status of the subsidiaries of TCDD in accordance with the Law on TCDD Transport Inc. on the date of completion of TCDD between the transfer and since signing up to the company's trade registration will expire at the end of 1 year. The date of completion of the transfer process will be notified by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications to the Undersecretariat of Treasury in an official letter.
