Mayor Yılmaz explained the ongoing metrobus project: Samsun Metropolitan Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz made a statement about the metrobus project that will extend to Tekkeköy District and the works to be carried out in Samsun.
Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yilmaz, who organized a service tour with the participation of businessmen from Samsun, told the project about the ongoing BRT project.
Yılmaz said, “We cannot find a subcontractor company in Samsun. The firm from Ankara comes and does it. Some people are doing Samsun jobs. But why should we get them out? This hurts me. We think about trolleybus for the metrobus. We see Samsun as the whole city. A science and technology museum will be built in Tekkeköy. The building costs 20 million TL. Tools will also be provided by the ministry. Also Panaroma will be held in 1919. Starting from the place where Atatürk came to Samsun, we will turn the area where Yaşar Doğu Sports Hall into the Panaroma 1919 museum. We will turn it into an open-air museum starting from the point where Atatürk came to Samsun. ” said.
