WE WILL START THE HIGHWAY PERIOD
We will focus on highways in the new period. We will start a highway era. As you know, we do not have a motorway in the region extending from Edirne to Adana and Gaziantep, especially in Ankara and Niğde. This year, we will launch the Ankara, Niğde highway tender this year. Our work on this is almost complete.
NEW HIGHWAY PROJECT TO MARMARA REGION
Speaking of a new highway project, Elvan said that it would ease the entrance to Istanbul. He stated that the international exits and entrances are also made via Istanbul Çanakkale and in this respect, it is aimed to relax the traffic in Istanbul.
“Another region that is very important for us is the Marmara Region. You know, an important part of our population is in this region. It is a very troubled area in terms of traffic density. We have a highway and a D-100 highway. Of course, this current highway and our D-100 highway are not sufficient. For this reason, we are starting a new highway project in order to ease the entrance and exit to Istanbul. We will be bidding today and tomorrow. It is from Sakarya to Kocaeli, from Kocaeli to Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, and from there we will take Tekirdağ to Çanakkale from Tekirdağ. Our aim here is; We want to relieve our citizens who are engaged in transportation especially in the Aegean Region. "
INTRODUCTION AND OUTPUTS OF ABROAD AREA ON THE ÇANAKKALE BRIDGE
“On the second point, we wish that; We do not want international departures from provinces such as İzmir, Denizli, Bursa, Kütahya and Manisa to be made via Istanbul. We will build a Çanakkale Bridge over the Dardanelles Strait without entering Istanbul traffic. Our work on him continues. We will provide Tekirdağ over that Çanakkale Bridge and exit from there. Thus, by bypassing Istanbul, we will provide international exit and entry, which will significantly relieve Istanbul traffic. "
FAST TRAIN FROM EDİRNE TO KARS
