70 THOUSAND PASSENGER
The line is also planned to be extended from Mecidiyeköy to Kabataş. The metro line will be able to carry 70 thousand people in one direction per hour. When the metro line goes into service, travel time from Mecidiyeköy to Mahmutbey will be reduced to 26 minutes. The subway is planned to be put into service in 2017.
