Those who cannot document these situations or who have misrepresented are excluded from the final list and will be included in the list. - The names and addresses of the people on the final list, which will be arranged to be three times the number of requests, starting from the highest rated among the candidates applying within the scope of the central examination, will be notified to the public institution and organization requesting workers. - Candidates who apply from the persons (priority) who will not be subjected to the central examination will be informed to the public institution and organization requesting information that explains their names and addresses and their status, not exceeding three times the number of requests according to the priority document dates. - The candidates whose names are notified to the workplace will be notified in writing to the candidates by the public institution and organization requesting the place and time of the written or oral exam. - Priority rights of those who have priority rights, who are not invited to the employer for the demand for temporary or temporary work, but who do not respond to the exam except for the force majeure, refuse to take the job, or work in the public status as permanent workers, are eliminated. The right of priority can not be exploited for the second time. - In the applications made to permanent (permanent) and temporary labor demands of public institutions and organizations, the addresses of the persons registered in the Address Based Population Registration System are taken into consideration. 1-Turkey Business Association, Labor and Employment Agency will take place in the final list of candidates declared by the Directorate of Eskisehir Province, will be subject to an oral exam. 2- The employees who will start to work in our company will serve according to the Labor Law numbered 4857. 3-The trial period of workers starting 4 months and those who fail within the trial period will be terminated. 4-Workers who are successful as a result of the oral exam will be asked in detail to the health board report from the full-fledged state hospitals (for ex-convicts). In accordance with the current conditions of the training, course and internship programs given by the employer about the wages and professions they receive during the training, course and internship programs, they shall pay compensation to our Institution in the amount of ½ of the cost to be calculated. 6-Candidates will register address, phone and e-mail addresses as current. 7-We reserve the right to invalidate the application and / or to make legal submissions of those who make false claims.
