In the third expert report on the case, the defendant's lawyer Ramazan Atilla Çeltik, who referred to the fact that the conductor Özkoç was found to be at fault, demanded that they did not participate in the expert report and that the contradictions between the other reports should be resolved. The court stated that the expert report is not binding for the court, and that re-obtaining the expert report will prolong the case.

The prosecutor also demanded that a criminal complaint be filed against TCDD officials to the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
