Diesel smuggling allegation on the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line: It was revealed that diesel was smuggled with cement carrier vehicles used in the construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway line in the Arpaçay district of Kars. According to the allegations, it is stated that the cement carrier vehicles of the contractor company BAYÇEL, which moved to the Georgia and Azerbaijan section of the BTK line, smuggled fuel with hidden compartments and supplied fuel to dozens of companies working in the region, and also traded. Citizens in Arpaçay noted that smuggling emerged with the notice made to the prosecutor's office, the vehicles were searched and the prosecutor's office seized the incident.
