Renovation works on suburban lines continue. However, during the shots made with the DHA Sky camera, it was seen that the rails were dismantled on the line between Erenköy and Göztepe, and soil was poured, but there was no other work. Dozens of wagons are waiting at Haydarpaşa Train Station.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Kartal Metro connections were provided from the High Speed ​​Train Station with the newly established line KM20. Existing number 16 (Pendik - Kadıköy), Number 16D (Pendik - Kadıköy), Number 17 (Pendik - Kadıköy) and number 222 (Pendik - Kadıköy) lines with Kartal, Maltepe, Kadıköy districts and Kadıköy Ferry Pier integrated.

While connecting to Sultanbeyli district with the lines 132P (Veysel Karani - Sultanbeyli - Kartal) and 132V (Basra Street - Sultanbeyli - Kartal), the lines 16A (Pendik - Harem) and the D-100 highway are connected to Uzunçayır Metrobus, Harem, Üsküdar Marmaray and sea ​​transportation integration was created. The European side connection was established with the line number 251 (Pendik-Şişli).

OLD LINE LINE TRANSPORTED TO HIGHWAY

The suburban train line between Haydarpaşa and Pendik, which has been in service since May 29, 1969, was closed after the last trip on 19 June 2013. Due to the renovation works on the line, which is planned to be integrated with the Ankara-Istanbul High Speed ​​Train project, which will be put into service today, the rails on the line were dismantled and the railway line turned into a highway. Within the scope of the renovation project, it is planned to renew the Stations on the line, most of which are historical monuments. The line is planned to be put into service again in June 24, following the renovation works planned for 2015 months. The suburban line will be renewed on the Asian Side until Söğütlüçeşme.
