Special Pink Tram Request for Women in Kayseri: The Felicity Party in Kayseri started a petition to allocate a special pink car for women on trams.
Saadet Party Kayseri Provincial Chairman Mahmut Arıkan stated that they deemed it appropriate to organize a signature campaign for the “pink wagons” due to the excessive demand from the citizens at the stand they opened next to the historical Kayseri Castle in Cumhuriyet Square.
Stating that they are working to solve the problems of the citizens as a party, Arıkan said, “Especially when we went to the tram stops in the morning and evening hours, we witnessed that our sisters, pregnant women, elderly aunts and sisters suffered greatly. "People go on the trams almost on top of each other due to the shortage and intensity of travel," he said.
Emphasizing that the citizens could not remain indifferent to the "pink wagon" request, Arıkan completed his words as follows:
“We started a study to add a women's pink wagon to the trams. Signatures will be collected at this stand until 21 June to be delivered to the authorized institutions. We will follow this event. We will endeavor as much as we can, until the pink wagons get stuck behind the existing trams. We want all citizens to support the signature campaign. I hope this study will be beneficial.
