Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Kadir Topbaş, was acquitted in the case where he was tried with the allegation of "misconduct" in metrobus purchases.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Kadir Topbas, who was tried on the grounds that IETT's metrobus tender was against the law and procedure, was acquitted on the grounds that elements of the crime did not occur and public damage did not occur.

Speaking about the decision, Topbaş said, “We are proud to serve Istanbul and the people of Istanbul have authorized us to run our presidency for the third time. Someone is also trying to satisfy themselves by filing lawsuits. Of course, we rely on the judgment Republic of Turkey. and the result is obvious, the court decided on our acquittal ”.
