Adnan Köklükaya, Deputy General Manager for Highways

Adnan Köklükaya was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Highways: Lütfi Elvan, Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, appointed his counselor Adnan Köklükaya to the vacant Deputy General Director at the General Directorate of Highways. Bayram Şahin was appointed as the Consultant to replace Köklükaya.

According to the appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette today (Saturday, 28 June 2014) with the approval of President Abdullah Gül and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; Advisor Adnan Köklükaya was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Highways. Bayram Şahin was appointed as the Ministry Counselor vacated from Köklükaya.
Who is Adnan Köklükaya?
Köklükaya, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University Civil Engineering in 1988, served as the Head of the Turk Telekom Building Affairs Department between 2003-2006, Adnan Köklükaya transferred to the Undersecretariat of the State Planning Organization (DPT) as a Researcher in 2006, Support at the State Planning Organization in September 2011 Deputy Head of Services Department.
Adnan Köklükaya, who was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Highways as of June 28, 2014, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of State Railways on May 2, 2014.
