In the statement made by the Eastern Black Sea Exporters Union (DKIB), “As a result of the landslide in the part of Kazbegi - Upper Lars - Verhni highway, which is about 600 meters from the border of the Russian Federation, which is the road route that enables us to reach the Russian Federation by road via Georgia as soon as possible. The road is closed for transportation, and in the initiatives we made before the Georgian authorities, it has been stated that the road will be opened for transportation for 10-15 days ”.
On the other hand, it is claimed that 2 people, 7 of whom are Turkish, are missing in the landslide zone, where many trucks are under the ground.
