Çamlıca-Batıkent tram route is completed, electrical test is commenced: The construction works of the Çamlıca -Batıkent public transportation system, which was built by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, were completed. The region will be given an electric current from tomorrow and test drives will start on the route.
In the statement made by the Municipality, energy tests are started to be given to the catenary system on the lines at the transformer centers on the Çamlıca - Batıkent line. Before the tests to be started on 12 May 2014, the Metropolitan Municipality officials warned citizens living in the region not to park their cars on the tram lines and to be lifted in their parked vehicles. Within the scope of the study, starting from 10.00 tomorrow, the catenary system on the tram lines in Çamlıca - Batıkent region will be energized. For this reason, citizens were warned not to park their vehicles on the tram line in this region.
