Kemalpaşa Logistics Village is located at the end of Kemalpaşa Organized Industry, where 320 companies operate, the most important of which is the production center of the Aegean Region, although there is a highway and railway connection due to its location. There are 100 companies operating in the Kemalpaşa region apart from the Organized Industry. There is also a railway connection to Çandarlı Port for the future.
On the other hand, Torbalı-Kemalpaşa railway connection is also planned; In this way, Kemalpaşa Logistics Village will be the collection center of the cargoes of the entire Aegean Region. If the railway between Cumaovası and Aliağa is allocated for urban transportation, the railway loads coming from Denizli and Aydın will follow the Torbalı - Kemalpaşa - Menemen-Aliağa-Çandarlı route and reach the Çandarlı port.
