It will make expropriation in some immovable for the purpose of tunnel construction under the scope of Kasımpaşa-Sütlüce Tunnel Project by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). The decision was officially entered into force by being published in the official newspaper.

In the context of Kasımpaşa-Sütlüce Tunnel Project carried out in İstanbul province, the expropriation of the immovable properties mentioned in the attached list by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality; On 28 / 3 / 2014 dated and 6962 of the Ministry of Interior, the Council of Ministers decided on the date of 2942 / 27 / 7 according to the article 4 of the Expropriation Law No. 2014.
