Hkü Students on the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge: Hasan Kalyoncu University Civil Engineering students, students who took the “Highway” course had the chance to examine the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge construction site thanks to a technical tour.
Organizing the trip, Mr. Asst. Assoc. Sinan Yardım gave technical information to the students who had the opportunity to examine the Marmaray line within the scope of the trip. Help, “3. The Bosphorus Bridge will be the widest suspension bridge in the world with a width of 59 meters, the longest suspension bridge with a rail system on it, with a main span of 1.408 meters, and the suspension bridge with the highest tower in the world, with a height of over 320 meters.
After the Marmaray line was examined, HKU Civil Engineering students visited Yıldız Technical University. Within the scope of the trip, the students learned about the technical features of the 3rd Bridge and the project at the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge construction site.
After the technical trip was completed, they visited the "Kalyon Bridge" representing Hasan Kalyoncu University in the "DE&CO" Steel Bridge competition, which was continuing at Boğaziçi University.
