DTD General Assembly will be held on April 5, 2014: The 5th Ordinary General Assembly of the Railway Transportation Association will be held on April 05, 2014 at 14.00:XNUMX in Istanbul TCDD Fenerbahçe Training and Recreation Facilities.
About DTD:
Railway Transport Association (DTD) was established in 2006 in order to develop railway transportation, which is green and clean transportation type, in line with the requirements of the age and country and to increase the share of the railway in the country's total transportation.
Our members, with their own cars or TCDD wagons engaged with national and international rail freight wagon production facilities, port operation for wagon maintenance and repair industry with Turkey are important firms engaged.
We are in an effort to bring the prominent railway transportation, which is the transportation mode of the future, to the place it deserves in our country.
In recent years, we have been working to expand and develop the railway transportation which has the least impact on the nature against the global warming and the threats it poses, and which is the least according to the other modes of transport.
In the globalizing world, the outstanding speed, safe transportation, economic and environmental awareness have made the ever-developing railway transportation indispensable. It is the common wish of all our members to increase their share by supporting the railway transportation, to prevent traffic accidents, to reduce our dependence on foreign sources in energy, to observe the benefits of the country and to leave a 'clean and green world' for future generations.
We are striving to create a strong 'non-governmental organization' by gathering all the companies that have a stakeholder opinion with the general objectives stated above, operating in the railway sector and having close relations with this sector under a 'roof'.
In this effort, not only our labor but also our heart, we invite all companies involved in railway transportation to become the first and only non-governmental organization in the field of 'Railway Transportation Association'.
