GEFCO Turkey is expanding the content of the e-Learning platform: Istanbul, March 2014 - contributing to the development of the industry with innovations in the field of logistics GEFCO, last year decided to expand the content of his life spent in e-learning platform.
The e-learning platform that GEFCO has developed in the last year in order to provide its employees in different cities with training on the same platform is expanding. Due to the difficulty in their participation in the trainings due to their job intensities, participation in trainings on the development of business competencies in the platform, which is needed as a need, is organized on the internet without time and space limitation.
Within the scope of the project, which was initiated with 45 personality participant, Customer Oriented Communication, Written Communication Techniques and Time Management trainings are carried out with the help of animated content to improve business competencies with more efficient and colorful content.
On the other hand, Safe Driving Techniques training is aimed at Occupational Safety trainings of employees who drive vehicles. With a short examination at the end of each training, the employees can see the results of the training and decide on the training itself. The results of the trainings provide the Human Resources Department with the outputs of the training needs and the development areas of the employees.
