TCDD made a statement on the sleeper

Made a statement about the Turkish State Railways sleepers: Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), the traverse of the alleged purchases disrupt or stop the production of TCDD sleeper factory reported that unrealistic.
In the statement made by the General Directorate of TCDD, it was stated that some newspapers and websites contain news about "TCDD traverse procurement tenders", and it was stated that it was deemed necessary to make a statement about the said news.
49 TRAVERS ARE PRODUCED IN OUR FACTORY-
The statement emphasized that the TCDD traverse auctions, which were the subject of the news, were made as open tenders within the framework of the Public Procurement Legislation and said, “The claim that the sleeper purchase subject to the news disrupts or stops the production of TCDD traverse factories is unrealistic. Since the 60 travers required in TCDD factories were not produced, it was decided to be procured by tender. 49 sleepers are manufactured in our factory, and all of the produced sleepers are used in our lines. It was stated that since the traverse of 49 is produced in our factories, it has not been procured by tender in any way ”.
-WORLD-PROPOSED FIRMS TAKE A TENDER OF NATURAL AND LEGAL PROCESS
In the statement, the subject matter of the news before the agenda and the necessary disclosure was made to remind the following:
“It is not understood that an issue included in the 2011 Court of Accounts report, which was released during the processes of the Court of Accounts and the SOE Commissions, is reflected as if it had been revealed by a number of deputies, even though the report in question was on the website. TCDD does not give a tender to anyone and the companies that give the most suitable offer among the tenderers receive the tender in accordance with the natural and legal process. TCDD does not look for a criterion of which company partner is whose relative, and observes the criteria of legality and eligibility in all tenders. Moreover, traverses of 60 were purchased not only from the company mentioned in the news but also from other manufacturers as a result of the open tender.
