Kadir Topbaş's excuse accepted
Judge Ahmet Torun, who decided to accept Kadir Topbaş's excuse and to notify the day of the hearing, ruled that the case file was submitted to the expert committee and a report should be requested regarding the nature of the crime and whether there was a damage suffered by the individuals and the public according to the evidence collected.
