9 bids have been received for 24 real estates belonging to TCDD: 2 bids have been received for 9 real estates belonging to Finance and TCDD General Directorate, which the Privatization Administration (ÖİB) has sold in 24 provinces.
According to the statement made by the ÖİB, two tenders for TCDD General Directorate in Isparta and 2 immovable properties belonging to Finance in Konya were put out separately.
While TCDD's immovable properties in Isparta and the immovable property of Maliye in Konya's Meram district, 4 proposals were made, while Maltepe's immovable properties in Konya's Karatay district came in two. Thus, a total of 2 bids were submitted to the privatization tenders of these 9 properties.
