The excavation truck carrying filling material to the High Speed Train (YHT) construction in Sakarya's Sapanca district was overturned. The injured driver was rescued by firefighters and taken to the hospital.
The accident occurred at the Sapanca exit of the TEM highway. The 43 TS 26 plate earthmoving truck driven by Erdinç Sever (022) was overturned into the stockade by not taking the bend. The truck driver Sever was injured in the accident. Firefighters cut the driver's cabin and removed the driver stuck in the vehicle. Health teams made the first response to the injured. Sever was taken to Sakarya University Training and Research Hospital. It was learned that the overturned truck was carrying filling material to the YHT construction.
