Kevin Spence is a registered Civil Engineer and a member of the Institute of Privilege Arbitration Arbitrators and a member of the Quarrying Institute and the Institute of Civil Engineers. In the two-day workshop, Spence will focus on the latest developments in the construction industry in the region, the general contracting principles and the FIDIC contracts and the in-depth examination of the various reflections of these contracts.
At a time of competition, these workshops will enable participants to learn about the impact of FIDIC contracts in a fun and interactive environment in connection with legal developments affecting the projects. Participants will learn the implications of old and new FIDIC contracts and their impact on construction projects with practical approaches such as case studies.
