    “We do not think there will be a significant disruption in the art structures. Of course, during the winter period, the construction sites will stop in the next two weeks during the cutting and filling works. Because soil is a sensitive structure. In winter, this is not efficient in weather conditions. There are about 64 million cubic meters of soil movement in the project, close to 37 million cubic meters of it will be used in the body of the road and the rest will be poured into forest areas with new afforestations. As of now, there has been 7,5 million cubic meters of soil movement. If we can bring it closer to 10 million cubic meters by the end of the year, we will achieve our goal. ”
    Turhan said, “If we do not have a technical problem or problem, we aim to put the project into service in the summer of 2015”.
