Providing technical information about the tunnels that are still under construction, Geological Engineer Taylan Demir and his colleagues talked about the 'Polatlı-Afyonkarahisar High Speed ​​Train Project' route and stated that the people of Afyonkarahisar will reach the capital Ankara within 1,5 hours when the project is completed, and some of the project's manufacturing items made technical explanations about. Demir, who is one of these production items, especially standing on tunnels, stated that the new 'Austrian Tunnel Drilling Method' was used in the tunnels and explained the principles of this method in all details. Demir emphasized that the T5-T200-T6 tunnel, which was started to be drilled with this method under the waist of Afyonkarahisar Köroğlu and will be 7 meters long when completed, will be one of the longest railway tunnels in our country. At the end of the trip, Mining Engineering Department students and lecturers spared time for them and thanked Geological Engineer Taylan Demir, one of the guiding project engineers, and their colleagues, wishing them success.
