High Speed Train will compete with the plane: The High Speed Train (YHT) line between Istanbul and Ankara has come to an end. The stops of the Ankara-Istanbul YHT line, which is planned to be implemented with a separate ceremony after the opening ceremony of Marmaray, have also been announced.
There will be a total of 9 stops on the High Speed Train line. A citizen who wants to go to Istanbul from Ankara will pass through Polatlı, Eskişehir, Bozüyük, Bilecik, Pamukova, Sapanca, Izmit and Gebze respectively and stop in Istanbul Pendik. It is expected that the tickets will be a little more expensive than the bus tickets between Ankara and Istanbul, and cheaper than the plane tickets.
