Kızılay-Keçiören Havaray Line

Kızılay-Keçiören Havaray Line: Murat Güztoklusu CHP Ankara Anakent Municipality Presidential Honorary. HAVARAY PROJECT was one of the projects that I brought to the agenda as Çankaya Mayor Candidate in the elections held in April 1999. I tried to explain the subject to the public by making many speeches, newspapers, radio, television interviews for the promotion of the project where you are the father of idea and name. HAVARAY was also included in my program booklet and on a wall poster.

There was a lot of attention to the project during and after the election. Among them was the Mayor of Ankara, Melih Gökçek. 23 September 1999 Turkey's Newspaper "havaray Project is implemented" in a report titled, he wrote that the Metropolitan District Council KEÇİÖREN-LINE RED CRESCENT havaray project received the 2000 investment program. In the news signed by Adem Kadam, it was stated that with the unanimous decision, the EGO General Directorate was authorized to put this project into the investment program of 2000.

5 months after the local election, it was delighted that both the project and the name I gave were included in the investment program without even having to thank me once. However, even though months passed, the fact that no steps were taken in this regard made the people of Keçiören rightly angry. Hasan Tahsin Okutan "Is Air Transportation a Dream?" In Sabah Newspaper on 24 May 2000 In his interview with the Mayor of Keçiören, Turgut Altınok, he wrote that he said that the people of Keçiören were preparing for demonstrations in this regard, as understood from the news that Keçiören people were preparing for demonstrations.

Hasan Tahsin Okutan emphasized my support for KIZILAY-KEÇİÖREN AIRLINE by taking my words, “Public transportation will be strengthened and the city will be saved from excessive motor vehicle pressure with this project, which does not require large investment amount and long investment period”, by giving my opinions.

Despite the inactivity of Ankara Municipality in his Assembly, Hasan Tahsin Okutan wrote, “The Havaray project seems to be a dream for now, but let's not forget that it is a dream for us to make a metro to Ankara for a while”.

For some reason, Mr. Gökçek gave up Havaray and went underground and never got out. Along with the other two lines he started, he buried hundreds of trillions in the ground, and none of the lines were finished. In the previous election, "why don't you end a line and start the other way?" Gökçek responded to a journalist asking, "I couldn't break them everywhere," and said Gökçek, a great fiasco, investments; He tried to escape by transferring to the Ministry of Transport.

The result was to the people of Keçiören. What if he got the metro, where he met the air in 10, 2004 years ago! But again, we will try to be comforted by triggering the process that brought HAVIAY Project's Keçiören to the metro.
