The new ropeway technology will be introduced in Vienna: Austria In Kahlenberg, Vienna, definitions of new ropeway technologies will be made. The Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry evaluated the ropeway projects that are of great importance for tourism and decided to do a detailed study. After this work, the head of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brigitte Jank and the Ministry of Tourism's Commercial Representative, Josef Bitzinger, introduced the concept of the new ropeway. In the presentation, cities that work on potential projects were discussed.
The projects for the city of Vienna were discussed. In 1973, Josef Bitzinger reminded that at Kahlenberg there was only an 484 ropeway, that this number would increase and that this would go further with the participation of the private sector.
