Kutahya comes from high-speed trains: the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), the Kutahya high-speed train (YHT) line began to work for the establishment.

TCDD is preparing to be announced for the application project tender for the YHT line to be established between Eskişehir and Kütahya. Minister Yildirim, a while ago, 5 years, 40 percent of Turkey's population lived in 15 provinces with a high-speed train line connecting announced that they will. Within the scope of TCDD's YHT projects, although YHT lines were passed from all neighboring provinces (Balıkesir, Bursa, Bilecik, Eskişehir, Afyonkarahisar, Uşak and Manisa), the fact that YHT line was not planned to their own provinces motivated the people of Kütahya. The people of Kütahya, especially the Kütahya deputies, made attempts to make YHT pass through their own provinces. According to the information obtained by the AA correspondent, these attempts of the people of Kütahya have paid off. With the instruction of Minister Yıldırım, TCDD started to work on the construction of a YHT line on the 120-kilometer track between Eskişehir and Kütahya. TCDD is preparing to be announced for the application project tender for the YHT line in a short time.
