Noting that with the completion of the engineering project, the estimated cost of the project also came out, Sadık Badak said that the cost of the high-speed train project planned to be built between Eskişehir and Antalya will be 9 billion TL, and the cost of the high-speed train project planned between Antalya and Kayseri will be 11 billion TL. Badak said, “There is an estimated cost of 20 billion liras in total. "This figure may increase or decrease by 15 percent."
Pointing out that such large projects cannot be carried out from today to tomorrow, Badak stated that the project will not catch up to the botanical EXPO to be held in Antalya in 2016, but that they are negotiating to include the most efficient part of the project in the next year's program. Stating that it is also important that the project is not damaged during the operation phase, Badak stated that it was seen that the station area in Antalya was considered extremely wrong in the project and that they made a proposal for its correction.
