The incident took place in front of the Atatürk Boulevard Grand Samsun Hotel in the İlkadım district. Ayhan Sağır, 54, wanted to cross over the tram tracks. The tram used by Ayhan D. (33) hit Ayhan Sağır, who wanted to cross the road. The injured, who was thrown into the middle of the arrival and departure rails with a blow to the head, was taken to Samsun Training and Research Hospital with the 112 emergency ambulance that was called to the scene.
