Atso President Budak Matsodan asks for support for high-speed train
Çetin Osman Budak, Chairman of Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “Antalya high-speed train project should be implemented for EXPO 2016. They call us. But we believe that this project will grow ”.
Chairman of Board of Directors Çetin Osman Budak, Chairman of the Assembly İzzet Bayar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antalya Commodity Exchange Board of Directors Ali Çandır and members of the board of directors of the Manavgat Chamber of Commerce and Industry paid a visit to the members of the Board of Directors. MATSO Chairman Ahmet Boztaş, Assembly President Kerim Erdem and board members were present.
Stating that Manavgat is one of the important districts of Antalya, Budak wished Ahmet Boztaş elected as the chairman of MATSO and the board of directors. Budak said that as ATSO, they attach great importance to Antalya transportation and that a high-speed train must be brought to the city.
Pointing out the importance of making high-speed train connections to Istanbul and Antalya via Konya and Afyonkarahisar, Budak said, “We started a campaign on this issue. Antalya high-speed train project should be implemented for EXPO 2016. They call us. But we believe that this project will grow. There is 2016-2,5 years left for EXPO 3. With EXPO, the high-speed train project is also put into service ”.
Emphasizing that EXPO is a great opportunity for Antalya and its region, Budak asked MATSO President Boztaş for support for the high-speed train project and EXPO. ATB President Ali Çandır also wished Boztaş and his team success in their new duties.
MATSO President Ahmet Boztaş expressed his satisfaction with the visit and said, “We will struggle to carry the service flag we have taken over, further. We will continue to contribute to our developing and growing Manavgat and Antalya by working hard ”.
At the end of the visit, MATSO President Boztaş presented a plaque and gift basket with local products of Manavgat to Budak and Çınar. ATSO President Budak gave Boztaş the book “Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Past to Present” prepared by ATSO, and ATB President Çınar gave jam.
