According to the statements made by ERGOSE CEO Kostas Spiliopoulos at the press conference on railways projects, the Athens - Thessaloniki train will take 3 hours 15 minutes, and the Patra - Athens flight will take 1 hour 50 minutes.

Spiliopoulos, while giving information about the works, said that the electric suburban railroad was built between Patra - Athens - Thessaloniki, with a length of 710 km in both directions.

It was stated that the 69,5 km railway, which corresponds to 489 percent of the total project, has been completed, it is stated that 180 km distance is in advanced construction stage, 28 km distance is in the beginning and tender stage and finally 11 km distance is in designing stage. .

On the other hand, 2 million euro project, which will connect the new commercial pier at Alexandroupoli port with the railway, is in the tender phase.
