Speaking at the tunnel assembly ceremony of the Üsküdar-Ümraniye-Sancaktepe-Çekmeköy subway, which is the second metro of the Anatolian side, Topbaş said that they are trying to activate a neglected transportation axis in Istanbul.

Stating that citizens can reach every point of Istanbul in this way, Topbaş said that the journey by metro will take 24 minutes from Çekmeköy to Üsküdar, 12,5 minutes to Ümraniye, 59 minutes to Kartal, 36 minutes to Yenikapı and 44 minutes to Taksim. reported.
