The necessary allowance will be determined in the budget of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications for the railway infrastructure investments made by TCDD for high-speed and high-speed train transportation, the investments in the renewal and improvement of the railway infrastructure by converting the lines into double or multiple lines.
If the connection line construction is requested, the immovables required by the connection line will be expropriated by TCDD by collecting the expropriation price from the claimant and the right of easement will be established free of charge in favor of the claimant for not exceeding 49 years. At the end of their useful life, all assets built on these immovables will be deemed to be the property of TCDD without any further processing. No compensation or compensation will be paid by TCDD for these assets.
Public legal entities and companies can be authorized by the Ministry to build their own railway infrastructure, to be a railway infrastructure operator on this infrastructure, and the railway train operator on the national railway infrastructure network.

Among the immovables that are privately owned by the Treasury and allocated to TCDD or left to use, those approved by the Ministry of Finance can be transferred to TCDD's duties and activities with the buildings and facilities on them.
Except for forests, immovables under the rule and disposal of the state are used in the duties and activities of TCDD, and those deemed appropriate by the Ministry of Finance can be transferred to TCDD with the buildings and facilities on them after they are registered by the Ministry of Finance in the name of the Treasury. Among the immovables within the scope of this regulation, those assigned to the Ministry of National Defense and immovables that are in the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces and used jointly with TCDD will be excluded.
Those who have not yet been charged on the name of TCDD due to their use until the date of entry into force of TCDD will be abandoned at any stage. Charged fees will not be refunded. Those who have been leased from the immovable property to third parties by TCDD, and who have not yet been charged for the tenants due to their use until the date of entry into force of this article, will be abandoned at any stage, provided that they have been collected by TCDD.
In the parcels adjacent to the railway infrastructure, the construction approach distance determined by the Ministry will be adhered to to ensure the safety of the railway. The buildings which are not suitable for the specified distance will be demolished or demolished upon the request of the Ministry.

According to the law, employees of TCDD will be paid extra pension if they retire.
Among those employed in TCDD who are eligible for pension, the retirement bonuses of those who apply within one month, 25 percent for those who have a maximum of three years to retire from the age limit, 30 percent for those who have more than three years and less than five years from age limit, and five years for retirement from age limit. and 40 percent more will be paid for those who remain more. Those who will have the conditions of retirement pension until the end of 2013, if they apply within one month from the date of gaining this right, their retirement bonuses will be paid 40 percent more.
Retired personnel will not be able to be employed in TCDD and TCDD Tasimacilik AS within 5 years from the date of retirement.
15 staff will be assigned to the central organization of TCDD Tasimacilik AS.
