Last Minute: Başkentray tender has been canceled: Public Procurement Authority decided to cancel the tender of Başkentray.
New developments related to the tender of Başkent Construction of Sincan - Ankara -Kayaş Line Reconstruction (Başkentray) ”which will be realized by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) were recorded.
As it is known, Public Procurement Authority (GCC), Gülermak A.Ş. - Kolin Construction rejected the joint venture's objection to the result of the tender. The authorities then stated that the joint venture of the Comsa - Acre - Seza İnşaat appealed to the JCC on the date of 03 April 2013 for the outcome of the tender. At this stage, the Public Procurement Authority decided to cancel the tender of Başkentray.
As it will be remembered, the tender was won by the company Porr Bau with the offer of 188.867.427 Euro. The final decision of the tender was announced to the companies on 26 February 2013.
