After displacing the existing lines, 12 high speed train, 420 conventional, 6 suburban and freight train line will be built in the new garage. The Ankara High Speed ​​Railway Station and the existing station are planned to be used in coordination. The two railway stations will be connected to the underground and above ground.

The first auction was held in 2011

TCDD announced that it will be the first to enter the tender at 20 January 2011 for the fast train station. The tender was postponed at 22 February 2011 because of the reservations that the companies that purchased the specifications could cause problems due to the planned subway. TCDD recently announced that the tender will be done at 17 July 2012 with the BOT model, but the tender was postponed to 28 August 2012 at the request of the companies that received the specification. Limak Construction-Kolin Construction-Cengiz Construction consortium gave the only bid for this tender.
