Vyksa Steel Works' steel pipe output increases in Q1
Russia-based OMK Group subsidiary Vyksa Steel Works has announced its production results for the first three months of March.
Accordingly, Vyksa Steel Works' steel pipe production in the first three months of the year totaled 202.400 mt, up 37,1 percent year on year, of which 12 mt were large diameter pipes, with an increase of 385.700 percent year on year. Vyksa Steel Works produced a total of 2012 mt of steel pipes in March alone, an increase of 27,8 percent compared to March 151.800. 81.500 mt of this amount were large diameter pipes, up 72,3 percent year on year.
In the January-March period of this year, Vyksa Steel Works' wagon wheel production was recorded as 16 units, down 176.000% year on year. In March alone, Vyksa Steel Works' wagon wheel production decreased by 2012% compared to the same month of 51,2, to 35.300 units.
