TULOMSAS Changed Tender Regulation
Amendments to the procurement and tender regulation were made for TULOMSAS's purchases of goods and services

With the amendment that was published in the Official Gazette, some amendments were made to the current regulation.
Accordingly, TÜLOMSAŞ's tenders will be open only by open procedures. There will be no tenders in other procurement and procurement procedures. No more than 7 days before the purchase of goods and services will be announced to the public. In the event that it is not willing to make a tender in the open tendering procedure or if the proposed price is not at the level acceptable to the tender commission, the tender will be subject to the commission bargaining procedure or the tender to be determined by the Contracting Entity.
