Bursa Metropolitan Mayor Recep Altepe stated that the tender for 2 vehicles for the first tram fleet consisting of 6 wagons has been completed and said, “Two companies participated in the tender. We requested the delivery of 1 vehicles that were put out to tender for the T 6 line in 6 months. Bursalı Durmazlar company offered 1 million 599 thousand Euros per tram, and Polish Pesa offered 1 million 850 thousand Euros per car. We preferred silk production, which is more affordable, in Bursa. ”

Explaining that the Terminal line is next after the Kent Square-Sculpture line, Recep Altepe said, “We will start the construction in this region without wasting time. Six tram vehicles will be required for the terminal line. We will do his tender before the construction is finished. Some of the vehicles that will come from the terminal will return from Kent Square, while others will go to the Sculpture. Thus, the people of Bursa will have modern and environmentally friendly transportation. ”

Durmazlar will produce and deliver the first two vehicles in 3 month, the third and fourth vehicles in the fourth month, the last batch of 5 and 6 vehicles in the sixth month.
