The lawyers of the Complainants Hakkı Sağlam and Bülent Soylan requested the case to be combined with the file opened on the same charge at the Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance. Topbaş's lawyer said that they did not accept the request for consolidation. The court stated that the case was in legal and actual contact with the lawsuit filed against those who signed the decision of the procurement commission and the administrative committee that approved the decision at the Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance on the same charges. Therefore, the court decided to request an opinion from the Istanbul 15th Criminal Court of First Instance to consolidate the files.
