KONYA'da Selcuk University Alaeddin Keykubat Campus at the level of the passenger van collided with a tram crossing, 23 25 people were injured in total. It was learned that the injured students set out to take their exams.

The accident occurred today at 08.45 at the level crossing in Selçuk University Alaeddin Keykubat Campus. 23-year-old HA-controlled minibus, 51 M 42, with 8204 passengers in it, collided with the tram under 30-year-old Ali Tokgöz, who made the Alaeddin-Campus flight, but had no passengers, after allegedly making an uncontrolled crossing at the level crossing. The tram dragged the minibus about 15 meters with the severity of the crash.

In the accident, Tokgöz, the minibus driver Yilmaz and 23 students were injured in the minibus. The wounded, ambulances were removed to various hospitals in the city. The students who were about to go to make-up exams left the bloody lecture notes.


Selcuk University (SU) Rector Hakkı Gökbel visited the wounded. Gökbel went to SU Medical Faculty Hospital with his accompanying 17 wounded people who were taken to SU Medical Faculty Hospital. “Get well soon”, Gökbel, who received information about the situation of the injured, said in his statement that it was a sad event and that the injured were not in danger of life. Emphasizing that 17 of the injured were treated in the university hospital and the other 8 in 2 different hospitals, Gökbel said, “Two of the wounded who came to our hospital have a fractured facial bone and one has a dislocated elbow. "All 10 of our injuries have cuts on different parts of their bodies."

The tram used by Ali T (30) on the Campus-Alaaddin expedition collided with the passenger van 51 M 42 under the administration of Hasan Y. (8204) at SU Alaaddin Keykubat Campus, and 25 people, mostly university students, were injured in the accident. Investigation into the accident continues.
