Hasan Bektaş, who read the press release on behalf of the group, said that “Haydarpaşa and Sirkeci Stations are not needed when the Marmaray Project is completed. Beyond being a transportation project, Marmaray Project is actually a project to create rent. As of February 2012, Haydarpaşa Railway Station has been disconnected from Anatolia by citing the construction of high-speed train and Marmaray Projects.
