Agreement signed between Turkey and Georgia in April 4 1996 dated proceeds spontaneously in the Agreement on Border Crossing Points Author Agreement

Georgian Government with the Government of the Republic of Turkey (hereinafter "the Parties", hereinafter);
Parties, which will provide the greatest benefit to international trade, new crossing points facilities to authorizing the "Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Georgian Government signed on 4 April 1996 Border Crossing Points Regarding the Agreement" with reference to Article 3 and Article 4,
The opening of the new Crossing Points between the two countries will further improve the existing role of the region as a transit corridor between Europe and Asia; that both countries will improve their welfare; taking into account the fact that it will help in the development of economy, trade and culture within the region;
They agree on:
Madde 1
"The Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Georgia signed in 4 between April 1996 Regarding the Border Crossing Points of Agreement" to make changes;
1. Paragraph 1 of Article 1 should be written as follows:
"Parties, the Republic of Turkey on the border between Georgia and the following crossing points are open:
Highway:
i) Sarp (Turkey) - Sharpei (Georgia)
ii) Posof / Türkgözü (Turkey) - Akhaltsikhe (Georgia)
iii) Cildir / Aktas (Turkey) - Kartsakhi the (Georgian)
iv) Muratli (Turkey) - were MARAD (Georgia)
Railway:
i) the tumblers / Iron Silk Road (Turkey) - Kartsakhi the (Georgia) "
Madde 2
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification that the Parties notified to each other through diplomatic means that the internal legal procedures required for the Agreement to come into force,
This Agreement "between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Georgia signed on 4 April 1996 Agreement on Border Crossing Points" constitutes an integral part nM.
This Agreement was signed in Tbilisi on 28 September 2012, in duplicate in Turkish, Georgian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of the Agreement, the English text shall be taken as basis.
