Attorney Abdullah Kaya stated that they saw the case file as simple and said, “This tragic event and the tragic death that occurred is not a simple event that can only be attributed to a mechanic and conductor. And apart from this service, a young woman dies tragically.

However, defense lawyers also demanded that this incident was an operational error, that both the trains and the platforms provided services that did not meet the standards, and that those who had faults in this regard should be revealed. Therefore, we have a complaint petition as of yesterday. We demand that those with serious operational faults be brought to justice," he said.
