Tel Aviv Vehicle Purchase Tender: Tel Aviv Metropolitan Public Transport System (NTA) has announced the purchase of 8 (2012 optional) Light Rail System vehicles for the city's light rail line on 120 November 30.
Bidders must report to Tel Aviv Metropolitan Public Transport System (NTA) by December 30. The tender will be held on January 10, 2013 and bids will be submitted on April 10, 2013.
In addition, the construction of the 2017km Bat Yam Petakh-Tikva light rail system Red Line, which is planned to open in 22, is continuing at full speed. New vehicles are planned to be used on this line.
