The Municipality of Manisa has initiated an overpass to the neighborhoods of Horozköy, Akpınar and Nurlupınar which are the neighborhoods passing through the railway.
While the first of the overpasses is coming to the completion stage in Akpınar Mahallesi, it is stated that an overpass will be built in Horozköy and Nurlupınar neighborhoods. Mayor Cengiz Ergün, who stated that they, as Manisa Municipality, listened to the demands of citizens living in Akpınar, Nurlupınar and Horozköy neighborhoods, said, “We have started an overpass work to stop the citizens living here from crossing dangerous train tracks. The first of these is about to be completed in Akpınar Mahallesi. We will also implement them in our other neighborhoods, which we count respectively. In addition, our plans for underpassing vehicle traffic in some sections are ongoing. What is important to us is the life safety of our people. ”
